Domestic Shipping (Within Australia Only)

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders may take up to 2-4 weeks before they are dispatched. All Australian orders are dispatched from the Sunshine Coast via Australia Post with a signature required upon delivery. Once despatched, domestic orders should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Please Note:

You will receive an email once your package has been shipped with a tracking number. If you request to have your package left (without signature) please be aware that this is at your own risk. We do not replace missing parcels if there has been a signature opt-out.

The Sunset Store is not responsible for items that go missing within Australia & internationally. If an item does go missing, we will lodge an investigation with the specific postal service and attempt to track its location. The Sunset Store is also not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you receive your purchase and are dissatisfied, please contact info@sunsetstore.com.au and we can work together in resolving the situation, on the proviso that the piece is returned undamaged, unworn & without any scratches etc within 5 days of receiving it. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for refunding an item if the customer has simply changed their mind or no longer wishes to follow through with the order. The Sunset Store is also not responsible for refunding an item if it has been lost in the post.

Faulty Items & 3 Month Warranty

All Sunset Store treasures are checked before shipment and made with love to ensure a high level of quality. In the rare case that breakage occurs, due to a manufacturing fault within the first 3 months of purchase, The Sunset Store will happily replace or repair the treasure and return it free of charge. Please email info@sunsetstore.com.au with a photo of your piece.

Faulty items are assessed case by case. If damage has occurred due to personal wear & tear, mishandling or not caring for the treasure, it will not be covered under our warranty.
